Quickstart for the impatient ones

Open the portal
Open the Wattery portal. For mobile users, we recommend using the PWA application.​

Sign up
Sign up for Wattery, fill in your information, set a strong password, read through our terms and confirm your e-mail.

Add payment information
Log in to Wattery and add your payment information.

Ask for permission
Contact your admin-user, usually the building manager, and ask for charging permission to your area.

Start charging
Once you have permission, you can start a new transaction from the app. Connect your vehicle and press "Start transaction".
For daily use, we recommend adding a RFID-card for authorisation.
Step 1
Open the portal
Open the portal in a browser. The system is accessed through the portal:

On a computer:
OPen your browser and click here to access the portal.

On a mobile device: To make life easier for mobile users, you can use a Progressive Web App (PWA) application on your mobile device. This is done by going to the portal and adding the "add to home screen" option from your mobile device's menu.

Sign up
Creating an account is easy:

Select "Register" from the portal

Fill in the necessary information.

Choose a secure password.

Read the "terms of use"

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation message.

Important: Confirm the message received in your email through the link. If the confirmation message hasn't arrived, check your spam folder

Step 3
Add payment information
It's time to add a payment card

Log in to the system

Go to "settings" and "payment methods".

Add the details of your payment card.

Step 4
Ask for charging permission
Before you can start charging, you must have charging permission for the area:

Contact the main user (e.g., property manager)

Request charging rights from the main user, Remember that your email serves as your username.

Congratulations!
You are now ready to start charging:

Connect your EV to the charge point.

Go to the portal and select "start new transaction"

We recommend to connect a RFID for daily use.

RFID:s can added in the portal. Go to "Settings" and select "Tags". Follow the steps in the portal.
